Apply for extension at the Exit and Entry Administration of the local Municipal Public Security Bureau:

1. Original and photocopy of my valid passport and visa;

2. Fill in the Alien Visa and Residence Permit Application Form and paste a recent two-inch half-length full-face bareheaded photo;

3. Provide Registration Form for Temporary Accommodation of Overseas Personnel (except those staying in hotels and hotels);

4. Provide the official letter of the local reception unit (for the reception of foreign-funded enterprises, private enterprises, collectives, joint-stock companies and other companies, the original and copy of the business license shall also be provided).
